Your meat will arrive frozen. To ensure the quality of your delivery, we use plant-based insulation—which recyclable and biodegradable—and we pack our boxes with dry ice. Don’t worry if a few of your products arrive partially frozen—they are still safe to eat as long as everything is still cold to the touch. Refrigerate them to thaw completely or refreeze anything you are not ready to eat.
During this period of high demand, when your order arrives the dry ice may no longer be in a bag and may have evaporated. As long as the meat is cold to the touch it is safe to either refrigerate or freeze.
On arrival, most of the dry ice should have evaporated. If for some reason there is still dry ice in your box, please read the instructions printed on the box—do not touch with your bare hands; leave to evaporate outside or in a well-ventilated area.

Our rewards program helps you earn points every time you shop. Simply use the slider at checkout to use your points towards that order.
Once you sign into your account, click the green present icon at the bottom of the screen. Your total points will show at the top.
Log into your account and select the products you would like to order. At checkout, you will see a slider that allows you to select the amount of points you want to use towards that order. Once you press Redeem, the points will be removed from your account and applied to the order.
Your points aren’t gone! They are now a reward on your loyalty account. In order to use that reward click the green present icon at the bottom of the page. Scroll down and click Your Rewards. Click on the reward you would like to use and copy the code. Once at checkout, paste the code into the discount code box. Your points will be applied to the order.

Absolutely. They live outdoors and have continual access to fresh pasture. They are moved daily to fresh pasture.
All our animals are 100% pasture raised. Our cows and sheep are grass-fed, grass-finished. Our poultry and pigs are also pasture-raised but as omnivores they need more than grass and pasture-treats. They have access to a supplemental ration. We have two options. One consists of local oats and non-GMO certified corn and soy along with vitamins and probiotics. The alternative ration is corn and soy free and contains milo, alfalfa meal, kelp, probiotics, and a variety of minerals.

Thawing in the refrigerator is the safest method. Make sure to put a tray or bowl under the package to catch any liquid that make be released as the meat thaws. In a pinch? You can thaw in the sink by running your unopened package under cold water. You can even cook some cuts from frozen. Learn more in this blog post.
