Do I have to subscribe to place an order? The short answer is yes, but you can cancel or change your frequency at any time without penalty. So try a box, we know you’ll love it.

 

Can I change what’s in my box every month? Yes, and each month we add in seasonal specials that are available for a limited time. Just log in to your account page any time before your order renews and add customize as you please. If you like your box the way it is, just leave it alone.

 

Will I get a reminder about my renewal? Yep, we’ll send you an email 3 days before your box renews so you have time to customize. We’ll follow up 1 day before as well.

What if I am not ready to receive my box when my order renews? No problem, just log in to your account page and change your order date to something that better fits your schedule.

 

What if I need meat before its time for my renewal? Piece of cake. Just log in to your account page and change the renewal date. You could get weekly shipments if you were that enthusiastic.

 

When will I receive my order? Your ship date depends on your shipping zone. Here’s a link to our zone map. And here’s a link to a chart that breaks down our shipping schedule by zone. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. And feel free to give us a call if you need more information.

 

How will my meat be shipped? Our current carrier is FedEx. Your meat will arrive frozen. To ensure the quality of your delivery, we use green cell foam—a 100% biodegradable insulation—and dry ice. Green cell foam is made from all-natural, GMO-free, U.S.-raised corn. It can be composted, burned, or dissolved in water.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes and apartments? Unfortunately, FedEx can’t leave our packages in a PO Box because they are perishable. Have a friend willing to loan you their front porch?

 

What kind of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.

 

What should I do with my cooler and box? Compost it, dissolve it in water, or burn it. It’s 100% biodegradable! Learn more here.

 

What US States do you ship to? All of them except Alaska and Hawaii!
