If you enjoy cooking Cajun or Creole or happen to be from The Big Easy, you probably know all about Andouille. Unlike many, our Andouille sausage is NOT smoked and requires cooking.
We grind our tasty trim from the shoulder, loin and pork butt and mix it with our proprietary spice blend. Our Andouille is equally delicious in gumbo, jambalaya or your favorite chili. Can you grill it and eat it on a bun? Absolutely. Knock yourself out and top it with a Holy Trinity relish.
Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar, onion powder, garlic, pepper (red, white, black, and lemon), oregano, and thyme.
Every Grass Roots animal is born, raised and harvested in the USA. They graze on natural, non-GMO pasture and are never treated with hormones or antibiotics.
